Paper Hearts Club is packed and mailed once each month. Join on or before the 15th and you'll receive that month's Paper Hearts package. Join after the 15th and your membership will begin with next month's package, giving us time to thoughtfully create, print, and assemble everything by hand. Every mailing is designed exclusively for that month, and we can't wait to send a little happy mail your way. 💌
Paper Hearts Club currently ships within the United States.
Each month's collection is thoughtfully designed, printed, assembled, and packaged by hand. To allow time for production, memberships purchased on or before the 15th of the month will receive that month's mailing.
Memberships purchased after the 15th will begin with the following month's package.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email.
Your Paper Hearts Club membership is a recurring monthly subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us before your next billing date. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, your membership will remain active through the current month, and no future payments will be charged.
Because every Paper Hearts package is created specifically for each month's mailing, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right.
